Buying a new guitar can be a bit stressful, especially if it’s a guitar that you haven’t had the chance to play beforehand. We want buying a guitar from Oktober Guitars to be fun and stress-free, and are so confident that our guitars will meet or exceed your expectations that we offer a 20 day no hassle/no cost return policy.

Once you receive your Oktober guitar, play it like you should: Run it through your amp rig, make any minor action adjustments to suit your playing style. Strap it on and see how cool you look in the mirror!

If after 10 days of trying it out you’re still not 100% sure that your Oktober guitar is everything we say it is, simply return it within 20 days for a full refund.We'll even pay the return shipping cost. That’s it. No excuses, no runaround. We’re betting that you will not only love your new Oktober guitar, but that you’ll be thinking about how you can get another one. • * To return your guitar for a full refund, your guitar must be in re-sellable condition, free of dings, scratches, dents etc. Guitars must be kept for the entire 10 day evaluation period before being returned. Returns must be postmarked or submitted to carrier for delivery within 20 days. All returns will be evaluated by our Luthier Dept. within 48 hours of receipt to ensure the guitar is in good cosmetic condition, and hasn’t had severe or damaging adjustments made. (over-tightening of truss rod etc). Once our luthiers determine that the guitar has been returned in good condition, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days, no questions asked.
